Spidersphere Ltd. is a software development business (Registered Company Number 111337087), registered at Melrose, Westbrook Road, Godalming, Surrey, UK, GU7 2QH. Spidersphere Ltd. owns and manages RoutePilot.
RoutePilot may collect personal information as you use the RoutePilot Service. You are under no contractual obligation to provide any information. However, some information is collected automatically and if some information is not provided we may not be able to provide the RoutePilot Service.
Account Data
There is no registration process required to use the RoutePilot Service, so we don't collect or store any personal data for account creation.
If you choose to, you may connect the RoutePilot App to an account with the route planning application Plotaroute (plotaroute.com). When doing this you will need to provide RoutePilot with your sign-in credentials (email address and password) for Plotaroute, which are stored on your device. We will not use this information for any other purposes than authenticating your access to a Plotaroute account via the RoutePilot App. Plotaroute is a separate product and any personal information you provide to Plotaroute when using the RoutePilot Service is subject to Plotaroute's Privacy Policy at https://www.plotaroute.com/PrivacyPolicy.html
Use Generated Content
If you choose to, you may save routes on your device that you've recorded using the RoutePilot App ("Saved Routes"). Saved Routes contain location data representing a continuous update of your geographical location at various times during recording.
Device data
The RoutePilot App requires permission to access the precise location of your device when when using a map or recording a route. Once permission has been given, it can be revoked by you at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, refer to your device settings. Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of the RoutePilot App.
RoutePilot also collects the name, model and operating system of your device for technical support purposes and to identify your device when connecting the RoutePilot App to a Plotaroute account.
Purchases
Purchases of Premium subscriptions are carried out via the relevant app store for your device, where you can also access your purchase details and purchase history. RoutePilot does not collect any personal or payment card data from those app stores.
Error Logs
RoutePilot automatically collects various technical data when you access the RoutePilot Service and records it an Error Log. The Error Log may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address; the RoutePilot App's settings and data; your device model, operating system and language settings; and cookie data. The Error Log is stored on your device and we may ask you to send this to us when providing technical support.
Analytics and Advertising
RoutePilot uses a usage analysis service provided by Google called Google Analytics. Google Analytics collects data about your use of the RoutePilot Service to enables us to understand how the RoutePilot Service is used and how we can improve it.
RoutePilot uses an advertising service provided by Google called Google AdMob. Google AdMob collects data and uses a unique advertising identifier on your device to display relevant advertisements for you.

Cookies are small files which are downloaded to the device you use when you visit a website and then resent to the website's server when you make a new request. They track and store information about your interactions and usage of websites. By using the RoutePilot Service you agree that we can place cookies and other forms of tracking on your device.
We don't store any of your personal data in cookies.

The RoutePilot Service may contain links, including advertisements, to websites run by other organisations. This Policy applies only to the RoutePilot Service‚ so we encourage you to read the privacy statements on the other websites you visit. We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites even if you access them using links from the RoutePilot Service.
In addition, if you linked to the RoutePilot Service from a third party site, we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of the owners and operators of that third party site and recommend that you check the policy of that third party site.
You can view and make changes to you Plotaroute account details via the RoutePilot App's Settings page.
You can view and delete any Saved Routes via the RoutePilot App's Routes page.
RoutePilot may update this Policy from time to time as a result of changes to the RoutePilot Service or applicable regulation and standards. Changes to the Policy will be posted on this page. If we make changes that materially alter your rights, we will provide an additional prominent notice.
If you disagree with changes to this Policy you should discontinue using the RoutePilot Service.
