The app includes our custom Wayranger® topographical maps, which have been designed with outdoor pursuits in mind. There is an option to download selected areas of the map for offline use, so you can confidently go off-grid without worrying about losing a mobile signal.
While RoutePilot will work with any route planner that has a GPX export option, it will work best if used in conjunction with Plotaroute, as routes can be transferred more easily, along with full turn-by-turn directions where available. You can link RoutePilot to your Plotaroute account in the RoutePilot app’s settings.
